Worst delivery app in Jordan
Order always takes over 1:30 hrs, with the order being lost and the restaurant not knowing where it was or how long the driver needs. Never using this app again.

سيء جدا جدا جدا التوصيل ساعة والربع والكابتن رقمة مفصول والمفروض التطبيق يعدلوا رقمه الجديد حسب قوله محتاجين اعادة تنظيم للتطبيق والتتبع فيه مشكله مش ظاهر عندي بيطلع في error

charges credit card before order is accepted then doesn't refund
the app pre charges the credit card before the vendor (restaurant) accepts the order, when the restaurant doesn't accept the app doesn't auto refund, and you have to call them. wheni did they claimed it will be refund in 48 hours, when it wasn't they didn't answe the phone or email anymore for 4 days. i had to ask the bank to do a chargeback. when they finally answered the phone 4 days after the order they couldn't even bring up the order on their system when i gave them the number. just awful company and service in every way. Avoid at all cost

The order takes to long, and am not satisfied about this at all!!
Worst service ever
0 drivers. Food was waiting at the restaurant for over 15 min. Super expensive charges too
