Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we'll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your targets. It's like having a personal diet assistant.
We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a day's meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like.
As a premium user, we'll automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track. Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade when you're ready.

Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. And by the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near the nutrition targets you're trying to reach. With our automatic planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you, and all you have to do is follow the plan.

Subscription options:
- You can download the app for free and create/customize as many unique meal plans as you want, and save one to your account.
- To unlock the features of Eat This Much Premium, you can subscribe for either the monthly or yearly description.
Auto-renew details:
- The price to subscribe in your currency will be shown in the app before confirming the subscription.
- After the free trial has ended, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account.
- Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period (the auto-renew will continue with the same frequency that you select, either the monthly price for the monthly subscription or yearly price for the yearly subscription).
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you initially paid.
- Auto-renew can be turned off at any time from your iTunes Account Settings.
- If you cancel your subscription or turn off auto renew in the middle of a billing cycle your account will remain premium until the end of that cycle.
Apple health integration:
Apple health syncing can be enabled in Settings -> Apple Health -> Enable Apple Health syncing for Premium users.
When Apple Health is enabled:
- your weight will automatically import and export when you login and when you view your user profile
- nutrition information will automatically export for meals marked "I ate this" when they are first viewed in the app and as you edit them

U cant move food from one day to a other vy drag and drop, its hard to find things like nutrients graphs, it makes mealplans where it splits macronutrients for example: carbs 40, fat 30, protein 30 But the. The actual mealplan unget multible days with 27% Carbs usw and even over the hole week it does not relly balance out to 40%. So can be very confusing and have improvement potential, overall its the vest food app out there.. it tells u what to buy is by far the most practical and the recepies are multible and taste kinda good(there is effort behind them, and its easy to switch them), u can simulate multible times and in the end it is a lot of time investment BUT this is by far the only thing out there in terms of practical AND i like that they hopefully have thoughts and scienece behind it and not bro scienece and personal experience. So 4/5, 9 dollar a month im very happy to pay, please make improvements to how easy it is to use and how quick it is do do things DONT take away functionality better complicated than unfunctional but time will tell how this app does. In terms of calorie counting having a overview and not having to plan uself (if u cant for many reasons or want to save time) its the only thing.

I love this app, I'm surprised I haven't seen more ads for it on Facebook or Instagram, as it has the potential to be a huge success. My favorite part of this app is the ability to choose a healthy meal plan based on carbs and fats and not only based on calories. I can adapt my health needs and customize my foods to my liking. This app has simple, easy to make recipes that are kit starters to understanding how to eat healthy. Especially for people who just learning nutrition and don't know or enjoy cooking extensive meals. It's simple, direct, and comprehensive.

This is a good app overall but I eat a Ketogenic diet and there are not so many recipes for me. The best part is that you can plan your daily menu by calories and so far this is the first app that does that. The recipes are nice but they keep repeating. Maybe I will try it again in a few months.

What an absolute rip off! Paid $59.99 for Premium back in July. Now the app tells me I need to “Upgrade to premium for more features!” Paraphrasing: “You know! The ones you already paid for!” Seriously?! You sure you wouldn’t rather repossess my car?! Perhaps you’d like the deed to my house?! Why don’t YOU eat THIS much! If it was any good it might almost be worth the hassle. There are good recipes in there, to be sure, but they’re buried under a mountain of mediocre or even bad ones. The planner relies heavily on protein powder. The whole reason to have a meal planner in the first place is to eat mostly whole foods and not rely so heavily on protein powder!!! There are usually three items in any given daily plan that rely on that ingredient. Look, it’s cool having recipes for that kinda thing, but if your daily meal plan has more than one item with protein powder in it, you’re doing it wrong! I thought I’d be able to add some of my own recipes, making it easier to set those meals and generate a grocery list, but holy cow was it a monumental hassle trying to create them. I’d say the only worthwhile thing about the app is being able to peruse the recipes for ideas and inspiration. As far as I know that part is free, but I’d gladly pay a modest annual fee of $5-$10 for the privilege. I definitely will NOT be “upgrading” to “premium”, however, especially in light of the fact that they’ve basically already stolen $60 from me.

Super High Sugar Intake

This app isn’t telling me how much sugar I’ve been eating and it’s letting me eat over 130 grams of sugar a day! And there’s no way that I can restrict sugar intake in the app either. Also, it keeps giving me repeating meals over and over again. I would like my money back if possible because I payed 60 dollars and I do not want to keep it for a whole year. Overall this app is nice, but I am really concerned about the sugar intake because that is not healthy at all but i’m just eating what is put on the planner for each week.

I noticed there’s only a completely lazy option with a desk job or hard core workout with a physically demanding job..I don’t go out of my way to exercise but do physical factory labor job so I’m not sure what one applies to myself. But the app looks good otherwise.

Exclusions don’t work. Lame.

My son has a lot of food allergies and eating for our family is not a fun experience. Meals are always the same boring stuff and we have to do a lot of meal prepping. Friend recommended this because you can put the food exclusions in and it supposedly generates meals around them. But it doesn’t. For example, my son is allergic to blueberries. Listed it as an exclusion. Saved it. Meal plans listed a blueberry smoothie multiple times throughout the week. Attempted to “regenerate” meal plan, but then other eclipses with his other food allergies would appear. So basically, it’s a no for us. Might work for someone who doesn’t have so many allergies.

this app is seriously life changing! with some exercise at least 3 times a week, this app could change your life style. quick tip, eat every 4-5 hours and try to do exercise daily or 3 times a week like i said before. please try this app out if your struggling with fat loss or weight loss and/or if you're about to give up.
