Can’t log in. Won’t accept email address, password or phone number.

Have used before successfully. Today had over 100 notifications of a new message. Wanted me to sign in. Couldn’t remember password. Did reset, error messages in Chinese! Deleted app in case there was a problem. Downloaded again. Managed to reset password, then wanted further information. Gave me error messages in Chinese again. No idea what the message was. Deleted again.

Can’t login and the error messages are not in English Ordered form somewhere else that isn’t using a random app

Tried it on mine . And husbands phone ! Problem verifying the phone number apparently !

This app is pretty pointless as it only has a tiny fraction of the menu available to order

Quick and easy to use. App support is fantastic, with instant responses. I am looking forward to seeing this app grow.

The app is easy to use

This app supposedly allows me to order from my favourite Chinese restaurant. They menu is a fraction of what it was and the app wants a log in. I don’t want an app and I don’t need an account to order a simple take away. After many years, I’m looking for a different restaurant. If you try to replace service with crap technology, your business deserves everything you gave it.
