Doesn’t show net carb
The app is quite good as it syncs my steps/ workouts. However, when calculating the macros, it doesn’t show the net carb, only shows total carb intake. And barcode scan doesn’t always work.

Not the best
This app is incredibly frustrating because the AI doesn’t really recognize food that well and unlike lose it it doesn’t have a catalog of food from popular restaurants like Starbucks and it’s just way too generous in assigning calories. Going back to lose it free version. I wasted my money.
Fix it asap
Before the app use to calculate my burn calories according to my step but now it only shows my steps and not the burn calories done by the steps , I miss the old version please fix it as soon as possible, it’s just causing weight problem for me
Almost great, but doesn’t work!
I like to track my macros and stay fit, and discovering Eato as a replacement calorie tracker was a pleasant surprise. The AI camera is what drew me in and was great. I ended up not going with a paid subscription once I realised that the scanning barcode feature doesn’t work-everything is at 0 calories! I tried to get around this by editing the calorie count and serving amount, like I would in other calorie counter apps, but Eato simply doesn’t offer this. So yea, bit of a letdown to something that is otherwise pretty great.
I think I will achieve my goal
I think Eato is going to help me a lot! You see, I am a bit under weight so Eato is helping me
Stole my money
Paid for a year, got it for a day. Locked out. Customer service is basically online forum. Update: uninstalled and reinstalled. Answered about 30 questions again and now it’s letting me track again. What a pain.
7 day trial trick
I wanted to try the app and thought the 7 day trial was a good option. It popped up with a discount and said no 7 day trial and I clicked off of the option but it still signed me up for 3 month (instead of the yearly discount which also doesn’t include the trial! I cancelled immediately and I am still being charged. Their customer service does not work- server is busy! That being said I also am not happy with the app. $30!!! for nothing.

You guys need to improve your AI cameras it’s not doing too well so far. I’m entering everything manually. Your AI doesn’t work. Great your scanners don’t work great your barcode scanner doesn’t work well all of them are giving me problems. They can’t seem to find anything but it’s a good idea to see you improve some of this stuff.
Cannot Edit Exercise
I will update my review to a 5 star the minute they let you edit the tracked exercise. It double counts calories. You record a workout, and it records the calories. But it also tracks the steps from that workout and records those, too. It’s double counting calories. I just want to be able to edit it! No option whatsoever. I’ve reached out to support with no response.

literally the ENTIRE app is locked behind a pay wall. you can’t log or do anything. the recipes it gives you is nice but that’s it.
