During the trial period, you can manage your subscription and cancel by going to your 'Account Settings'. After being charged, you may turn off auto-renewal by visiting the same section. Your subscription will automatically be renewed unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal cost will be charged to your account 24 hours before the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but they will not refund the current subscription. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Worse app ever
Purchased for a year subscription which unfortunately cm with NO TRIAL period. And when started using the app regretting it!!! Unable to detect most of the food and not user friendly. Completely pointless and wasted

I already subscribed to the one year plan and paid in full , but suddenly when i want to key in the food they asking more payment. Why? I even email the eato team for the issue, but until now nothing happened. Blugh

Think wisely before subscribe! The price for RM99.90 is too expensive and not valuable for the services..this apps only give service for track a meal that doesn't exist in Malaysia and don't give you a free trial also! There's no trial actually..you must pay for this rubbish apps.. Waste my money and it not refundable! Think wisely before subscribe..

Wanted to get a 7 day trial subscription but couldn’t get it and need to purchase the full year or half year package. However I have cancelled within 7 days

Its really frustrating when i cant log the food that i eat..its kinda hard to adjust the food portion too..hope this app can measure food by gram..
