Hi, before the upgrade I use to see a page with water, weight, steps, cal etc all at one place including fasting tracking. Its useless without those features and after upgrade I don’t see that page at all 😡
App requires extraordinary attention to be effective. In addition, and most distressing, several attempts to cancel have been unsuccessful. This entire travesty feels like a fraud out of Singapore. Attempts to resolve following app described cancellation process have proven to be impossible to fulfill. Sent complaint to Apple - they shouldn’t expose their clients to possible fraud.
How do you use this app. I can’t get past the first page.
Where did the fasting timer go and water amount? The update version doesn’t have this. What happened? If it’s not fixed I’ll have to cancel my subscription.

I wasted money on this app! I emailed support with a question and never received a response back! Not helpful at all!
They don’t always match up. Checked out a cucumber vinegar salad and it gave me a recipe for a smoothie. It’s good otherwise if they could fix this glitch that would be very helpful. Also, on the grocery list it should combine the items, such as you need chicken for 3 meals so combine those so there’s not 3 chicken listed in a row. It would make it a lot easier to use that list.
I do 16 hours fasting then the last 6 to 8 hrs eating. That is the hard part when eating. The cravings are there. Seems like when I eat, I am not satisfied and want more. Sometimes they are strong.
