Eaton SecureConnect

Since update all our phones do not get any notifications anymore when you arm or disarm the alarm and no notifications even if the alarm went off. Need to get this problem solved otherwise if someone break’s in we will not know if we were out.

It does not sends anymore notifications on the phone or the watch when the alarm is on or of

This has given nothing but trouble since it was installed. It was a door and now my internet is being blamed.

I’ve been tied to this app for a few years now after stupidly opting for an Eaton home alarm system. This is simply the worst home security app I can imagine. I just doesn’t work when it should. I’ve contacted Eaton support and had no response. This app, like the whole Eaton home security package, is best avoided. - UPDATE Just look at the date of the response to my review. It was written 3 years ago and has been automatically applied as a response. This is a great example of just how poor Eaton service really is.

Does everything I need it to do with my alarm system, all good.

Great App! Very easy to use and keeps my mind at ease when not home! My security company set up all settings for me and outputs so I can set off strobes and speakers if I need to!

Install these everyday and customers seem happy. Could just do with a constant push notification for alarms

Notifications stopped work after recent update, which makes the app pointless. Met team at trade show recently who promised update to include critical alerts feature, lol, this is the opposite!!!!

This app was good until a couple of months ago when the notifications stopped working. I’ve checked all settings which are fine but nothing is resolving the issue. Help please to have this fixed
