I can’t even use the app, every time I go through the whole “get started” process it restarts it once I get to the end so I can’t even make an account

Just downloaded the app and is not allowing me to sign in or create an account. I did it twice and nothing I just waisted my time.

once i input all my information it takes me straight back to the starting point, i’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it will give me the same issue, very disappointed

I put in my height and weight and it claimed i was overweight with a BMI of 27.7. Nothing wrong with that if someone has that BMI but my BMI is 22.6. I’m worried other women will use this and be called overweight when they’re not. Please don’t let this feed into eating disorders! It’s lying to you!

i wanted to use this app just for meal planning, not to lose weight. i told it i’m 5’7” and 140 lbs, and want to stay 140 lbs. it tells me i’m overweight with a BMI of 27.7 (wrong, my bmi is 21.9 which is well below the overweight range) and that just turned me off so i deleted it. be careful!

I've already lost a few pounds, and I couldn't be happier!

Lifesaver for meal planning Can’t even begin to tell you how much Eatr has helped me. The AI scanner is super cool and gives me all the nutrition info I need. But the real MVP is the meal planning feature. I don’t even have to think about what to cook anymore—it’s all done for me! I’ve tried other apps, but this one is by far the easiest to use and has the most helpful features. Plus, it’s saved me a ton of time and money on groceries. If you want to eat better without all the fuss, get this app!
