Why is there ads on a product I’ve already paid for? I shouldn’t have to see an ad everytime I want to view my camera. That’s ridiculous.

Ebitcam is a mobile real-time video surveillance software used with cloud camera. Through this client, you can view your home, shops, offices and other places at any time in real-time video and video history, also receive immediate alert to the place of abnormal information alarm, and take safety precautions at the first time.
Main function:
Support mobile real-time video surveillance;
Real Time HD video viewing;
Remote PTZ control, operate on the camera direction rotation through the touch screen;
Support remote intelligent video recording, video real-time notification and playback;
Support real-time intercom, video electronic amplification and other functions;
Real time alarm and information push. When the environment is detected, the client will receive the alert information immediately.

1. Subscription Cycle
Continuous monthly service, a monthly deduction
Continuous annual service, a yearly deduction

1 cam for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 2.99
1 cam for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 6.99
2 cams for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 4.99
2 cams for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 11.99
4 cams for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 8.99
4 cams for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 20.99
8 cams for 7 days loop record, monthly price is $ 14.99
8 cams for 30 days loop record, monthly price is $ 34.99
3. Payment Method
For accounts that purchase automatic subscriptions, the cost of the next subscription period will be deducted from your iTunes account 24 hours before the expiration. After the deduction is successful, the service time will be extended by one subscription period.
4. Cancel Automatic Subscription
If you need to cancel the automatic subscription, please manually go the phone "Settings" -->Enter "iTunes Store and App Store"-->Click "Apple ID"-->Select "View Apple ID"-->Enter "Account Settings" -->Click "Subscribe", and then select Ebitcam subscription service to cancel the automatic subscription. If you do not close the subscription 24 hours before the end of the subscription period, you will be deemed to agree to continue to authorize, and the subscription will be automatically renewed.

App needs updating……Constantly disconnects
Bought in July worked great but last few weeks been having constant issues from constant disconnecting to my cam and memory showing images that are not mine !!! So if I can see someone else’s camera footage how am I supposed to feel safe knowing my footage is not secure . Again cam worked great up to these points but your servers are obviously struggling so please fix
Total waste
Never guaranteed when it will work and if it will record on loop and when i needed it most ie going on holiday it’s gone off line even though all my other smart devices are working well so it’s not my Wi-Fi. Will be looking to replace asap.
Absolute crap
Too slow and laggy If you got a Device that uses this app just get a refund now ASAP it’s the worst app I’ve ever used
Unreliable
Worked great while in the house but the day we left it is sending motion alerts constantly and won’t let us connect, saying account not found but if we try to sign up again it says account exists. Password reset doesn’t work either. Just left with anxiety and a ruined holiday

Camera stopped showing history
It has worked well for quite a while, but has recently stopped showing history footage (it says, “you have not recorded any history). I tried ‘tweeting’ settings yesterday and it eventually worked, but has stopped again, even though nothing has changed since. It has a good working SD card inside, which I changed, just in case. Very disappointing.
Rubbish
Would not connect to my iPhone or iPad.
Useless
Used to be half decent app. Now the screen does not rotate without clearing the annoying half screen advert. My 3 cameras and recorder have gone slow and are nowhere near as good as when set up first time despite many resets. Off in search of alternative app as this one is no longer fit for purpose and despite the many bad reviews the developer only seems interested in pushing the big advert for paid storage.
