EBS seriously behind the times with their internet banking!

Doesn’t work. SuperValu won’t take their debit card at all online or in shop. It has 2D security should have 3D security in 2023. Worst bank ever in the history of mankind. Their apps are a ******* joke.

Annoying to have to download an extra app but serviceable and more secure than not having it, the only reason I’m writing this is a heads up that the number I was given to call was wrong (it ended with a 3 instead of a 4). Mentioned on the call but putting it here as well

This is the worst app ever developed. Not user friendly. Rarely works.

Can’t transfer to another bank. Online banking just says “error” when I try to sent up a beneficiary when the truth is they don’t provide that service. Can’t use bank card in half outlets tried. I Closed the account! They said they don’t provide these services because there’s no bank charges. I would pay for the service. Customers queuing while staff chat!

Don’t bother downloading this app! Complete fake. 🤬

Tried several times to purchase goods online until I realised I had to download another EBS app. So there is the EBS Authenticator app and this card manager app. Couldn’t install on iPhone as iOS needs updating. So used ipad. Then had to contact EBS to activate it. Then for the third time I purchased goods, but i was on the phone to do this to make sure I didn’t get charged twice. Then i go to install the app on other devices and each time you have to contact EBS and go through the security checks again. comeback KBC don’t leave ireland!

Bunch of brain dead monkeys working for EBS just smashing buttons on their keyboard and calling it an app

New card now another App, I can’t even use it as it will not except the information that I’m guided to input, waited 20 minutes to talk to someone at customer service only to be told to un install it, but still not working, total waste of my time & left me stressed and thinking it’s time to leave this institution as I had problems with the other app. Now have to get back on to customer service & have to listen to that awful music.now trying to post my review & I’m asked for a nickname and 6 of the ridiculous ones I made up are already taken.
