I can’t even get my monthly bills. Terrible!

We need to be able to check our meter balance on the app too

Made a payment to my meter via the app. Received a sms for confirmation, but the meter was never credited. Now fighting to get the credit. Although I have proof of payment woth the sms and the phone cash, ECG is not reacting. Don’t use this app, ECG will steal the money.

The meter balance on the power app is mot accurate, it does not match what shows on the physical meter

Why?? Do you guys give us data bundle to be updating the app each and every time. Anytime I try to purchase prepaid, I will be asked to update the app. This is too much.

I love the fact that you can be anywhere and just make payment or to be precise buy power anytime , anyday but just recently I updated to your current version of app and it’s not even allowing me to login nor do anything again.I have reported it to your reps and yet nothing up.
