Every time I try to log in it says “incorrect email and password”. I have already completed the sign up steps and cannot log in. Super frustrating when trying to work out and a MAJOR WASTE OF TIME!! Horrible!!!!!!!!!

Unable to log in or even create an account. Very disappointed as I purchased an Echelon bike.

I got a bike that had a trial offer with this scam of a company. I created the account and downloaded the app like it guided me. I get to the app and the password I literally just saved was showing incorrect on the app. Now obviously that’s a glitch that this company refuses to fix based on the dates on these previous reviews. When I got the reset email 3 hours later, the same things happened and that was the last time I got a reset email. Which makes absolutely no sense. I then went to the website to chat with an agent that told me they could help reset the password and then all of a sudden she couldn’t and I had to follow this link to request ANOTHER PASSWORD RESET. It’s my opinion that this is exactly what you want to happen because I’m going to guess fixing a password reset glitch isn’t difficult, but I’m sure the company has a convoluted reason that makes no sense. I made it clear to 2 agents that I wanted anything related to my email deleted,but being that they can’t even help someone their systems been ignoring for weeks, I’m sure I’ll be getting charged for not being able to log in. What a shame

If you go to Echelon’s website you can create an account. The reason Echelon does this is to skirt App Store restrictions, as Apple takes a 30% cut of revenue if you want to offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. One of the ways around this is to not show account creation on the app. So to save you money, and keep the cost of the product down, they’re not showing you two different prices. How do I know this? I design apps for a living, so I know App Store guidelines like the back of my hand. What Echelon should do is have a free mode that doesn’t require sign in to get to certain free base features even if the app doesn’t advertise them. They could even surface a sign in with none of the features shown off

It says user name password don’t work and says send email to reset but nothing ever shows up . And I am 100 percent sure email and password are correct. Huge disappointment - hopefully another bike app will work for echelon bike

Ordered his and her Echelon bikes to stay in shape over the COVID-19 winter. One of the selling points was 6 months free online cycling classes. Like others have stated, no way to new user register. No response to reset. Don’t waste your time.

Just spent $1000 on a bike and now I can’t get the app that’s supposed to go with it because it won’t let me create an account.

Hello, I want to use the app with the slim cycle , but unable to get a login when putting in my email address. I tried to reset password with no success. Please help.
