Since the update, the app will not even pull up 90% of the time.

Crashing since update - cannot access

The app won’t work with the new update. It freezes and closes as soon as you click on it. Please fix it asap!

I am having the same problem where the app opens for a second and then closes. Can’t agree with terms. Is this going to be fixed?

Last update crashed app. Can no longer access. Same problem as other reviewer.

The app stopped working after this last update!

I cannot access the app with the new software update - assuming that is the issue since there was an update about 14 hours ago. The new terms / agreement comes up for a second then the app closes. I cannot agree to new terms etc because it does not stay open long enough for me to click “yes” before it crashes / closes out. Is this being fixed.

Contacted App support. They said to delete and reinstall. Worked for one launch then failed. There’s no way to go back to the previous version which worked just fine. Pretty much limits the utility of my security system. Dan Sokol

I’m not sure what happened in the last week but this app crashes every time I open it after a few seconds. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading it but there’s no change. Would not recommend at the moment if you’re looking to feel safe with this security system.

The worst app ever! Can’t see anything from my iPhone. Tried on another phones, same thing. Always shows “connecting 0%” and then nothing!!! Not happy at all!
