Useless app and investment

The app does not allow withdrawals all they care about stealing is our principal. Thieves.

The most useless app

Don’t bother downloading this app because it’s useless and this investment is a scam .Be advised this is from someone who has lost money (part of my principal) . It took over 8months for me to gain an interest of 3000 cedis on my investment but,less than a month to loose 10,000 (which includes 7000 cedis from my principal and 3000 which is their interest) . Don’t be deceived by those relations officers, all they care about is their commission. They will lie to you just to get you to invest.

Doesn’t work

Keeps crushing and when I comes on I’m not able to see my investment and balance

Investment statements not loading

The investment module isn’t working anymore. The app has become very annoying to use because it works at times and doesn’t work at other times. The developers should do better!!! Valuations should also be done daily. Thanks.

Can’t log in

Your app could not be started. Please check your connection or try again later… I keep having this message every time I log in for the past five to six months… have used wifi and 5G still the same problem really frustrating

Great App

This app is great and very useful whenever I want to check my investment balance or deposit or redeem. The user interface is very friendly and smooth and I am really in love with it. However I do wish our valuation could be updated daily but besides that everything runs smoothly on the app

Update problem

Hello I’m having a challenge logging in . It says I should update to the new version which I just did , it won’t let me log in still . Please check this for me . Also your WhatsApp number should be available to reply texts always. Danke schön

App keeps crashing. Please fix it. It is a financial app. Time is money guys. Add some urgency!
