I can’t reset my password, keep saying account not found. How could it be? I have the account creation email in my mailbox. It just can’t find my email for reset password. Bad user experience, a simple reset password function also can’t work as expected.

Worst app ever!!!! Don’t know why the MO and MC choose the app!! Forgot password and request the OTP to log in but still cannot sign in!!!!!! Worst App!!!!!!! Worst App!!!!!!! Worst App!!!!!!!

Very good community app for residents and tenants. They are keep improving hope to see more feature to benefits us.

After update, my account log out itself. Try log in again it didn’t recognize my email and phone no. Try reset password, it can recognize my no. Try log in using new password. Got message pop up invalid account.

After recent update, no longer able to login. The absolute definition of trash developer.

Received OTC number via email , key in and stuck at same page. I tried so many times and days.

Lots of residents not happy with latest update as we had to login again plus all notices marked as not read plus all feedback tickets cleared.

Day and night difference after the latest update. It’s SOOO much smoother now.

Its was a apps I have use one time and will angry one time. useless application，Very lag and always happen problem for register visitor function.

A very good app for owner like me. Able to make maintenance payment and utility bills through app. Do not have to go to the management office anymore. Thank you for developing this good app.
