This app is really bad. In order to pay a package you don't have an option to pay with apple pay. You can't even save your payment card in it to use it again! You have to download a separate app just for the payments 🤮Also I challenge you to try to find the barcode of a received package for the econtomat - you will need magnifying glass!

The app is not working well, they have been sent my package to a wrong destination. When bringing a delivery not saying in what hour like someone can sit and wait for the a whole day.

Защо когато създам товарителница тя не бива отразена никъде, а се появява едва когато куриера взема пратката?? Пълна глупост. Искам да мога да я виждам по всяко време както и за къде и кога съм заявиш куриер. Иначе е супер опция, че мога да правя шаблони.

I don’t like the lack of dark mode and dark icon. Otherwise it is a good app.

It’s a bit sad to remove POS terminals from the pick-up boxes just so you can force people to register accounts and download an absolutely pointless app since it’s the only way to pay for your package. Way to inflate numbera of registrations and downloads. As the saying goes “Бедняшка работа”

Няма интеграция с wallet-a на телефона. Налага се да въвеждам карта на ръка през борика. Доста интересна функция, но абсолютно непотребна в това си изпълнение.

Cannot login into application because of it just closes straight after entering button “Продължи» or “Пропусни»

Нищо не става от тва тъпо приложение!!!
