Easy to use and the pre-order function has really saved much of my time. Good selection of local coffee shops!

This app has been working fine until 3-4 months ago. I wasn’t able to place order but the following pop up message: “Your request cannot be proceeded at this moment. Please contact our technical support” I messaged eCup but so far no solution provided. P.s. I tried uninstalled and reinstalled the app still no use.

Can’t seem to enter the app, keeps popping up “Validation Error”

Even after reinstalling the app, it still show my past purchase. I want to erase the history. Update: thanks to the support team. They resolved the issue.

Cannot place order in the current version.

This app trying to collect personal info from user. When using applepay for purchase this app still try to collect users address as billing address.

I cannot search cafe shop which is nearby me. Please update and fix the problem. However, my colleagues can search and order the food from same cafe shop.

convenient and suggest to add my favorite/ bookmark function to find my favorite shop easily.
