This week, twice, I am unable to access my account and felt very vulnerable! There is no satisfactory answer from Help team via WhatsApp and phone call! Feeling my own money inaccessible is scary! So far ( since last month) App was functioning well but this week looks like something is going on which is unexplained! Waiting this to be resolved and worried until this is sorted!

It’s always lagging and glitching. Now I don’t receive OTP to any number anymore

Open a bank account with them at your own risk. Only way to cash out is through online transfer and it doesn’t work or takes days most of the time. Use banks like Wio or Enbd for better service.

Some time it’s work perfectly but some time facing worst services of apps, Kindly fixed it,

I have been trying to complete my registration since two weeks, even that i called them twice. After emirates ID scanning , i just cannot complete the registration, and error msg appears.

Extremely limited functionality. I can’t get my statements and now after the update I can’t even login. You should get better quality control

After i had updated ios 16 the mobile application is unable to open. while opening it us just showing the bank logo and automatically closes

The account is offline and can’t verify it’s Busness account you can’t do like groceries store you can’t buy anything store is closed it’s bank please upgrade your system it’s was so easy to open and the others we can understand but please keep the app online always and keep your calling center 24/7

A useless company account without cheque book, international remittances incoming and outgoing, debit card. Some basic features which are available for a personal account are not available in a company account, whoever got the idea to make such application should think about the above immediately.
