This app are made without any type of security for the event the user loss access to the account, they don’t link the account with an email nor phone number. All on purpose for you loose your money then they recommend to use a third party service with walletrecoveryservices.com to “brute force” recover your account, then they charge a 20% of what you have on your balance. This is the edge security options to recover your account: says: It is possible for us to send you an encrypted wallet file for this account. If you are interested, a few security questions need to be answered before we can send the file. Please understand that this file still requires the entire password before you would be able to access to the account, but in this format, you can use other tools or services to brute force the password. I’ve been using this app for 4 years and have not had one issue. I did have a confusing situation happen when funds were being transferred but customer service helped me through. I trust this wallet over others. Just make sure you don’t share your information and keep your wallet secure.

Some tokens are fast like XRP to send or to receive but slower ones like ZEC take a while due to network. Great sound effects and notifications that you have received something. Customer service has fantastic follow up and they are on a mission to be a top notch wallet. I enjoy mine and prefer their security over the use of mnemonic phrases.
