I want to love this as I paid $400 for the device but the UI is really poor. It need a re write from the start. There is a lot of useless information or buttons that go really no where. It’s hard to remember where that bit of information was - there isn’t much to see so that’s saying a lot. Should look at apps like Tapo which has a nice energy monitor for their plugs. Or even tuya smart which is basic but is clearer. I actually use the installer app to get a better idea of what kw each circuit is actively using.

Where do I start? 1. App constantly wants me to log in again every time I open the app despite ticking “remember me” box. 2. Shows wrong information and has terrible wording as other users have mentioned in their reviews. 3. The notifications for when power usage exceeds the maximums you’ve set don’t even work! Not once since having this app have they worked. Which is a few years. we’ve since had to get a Powerpal to make sense of our energy usage because this app is an absolute FAIL.

I use this app all the time to check my live power consumption. The latest version requires full password login EVERY TIME I reopen it! Very annoying!!!

The user name input box disappears when the keyboard is launched on ios app. Can’t login can’t use the app. At the moment this app is useless.

Initially I had some teething problems but the last several months it has been working perfectly. I have very high mains voltage which continually put my solar inverter offline. This unit presented a much lower voltage so my inverter is now happy and now no trouble at all. The app has been greatly improved and I reference it frequently. I am a technical man and the dollars and cents results it displays aren’t a lot of interest as I concentrate on what my voltages are and the usage components displayed. The guys I have dealt with have been very helpful and easy to deal with. Great work fellas. 5 out of 5 for the app and desktop access software.

I compared this to a couple of other units that appear to be exactly the same (just different badge). So it came down to software features of the cloud based App. For the price this is excellent. Am now looking at getting a second one to monitor load circuits, as this one is fully utilised monitoring 3P supply and 3P solar generation.

Great work guys, VERY informative package, I’m still getting my head around it. I would love to see a graphic similar to POWERPLAY showing Grid Import/Export to/from my household with Solar Generation feeding into my house. Keep up the great work. Cheers Razer

Installed this to better understand our home consumption and how solar is performing, gives a detailed understanding of what loads are consuming power and when and also a guide to how we are tracking against monthly energy budget. Recommended if you want to get your energy costs down.

I have used a couple of energy apps on the past and this is definitely the best. The new home page makes monitoring my energy interesting and effortless. Highly recommend

The energy monitor and edgeConX app have helped me understand my energy so much more, I love that I can see all my energy activity in a really clear way. My favourite aspect is knowing how much my energy bill is going to be and receiving insights into how I can save more. Would recommend.
