볼륨 조정이 정확히 안돼요

I have used this ear phone for about a couple of months. I used three companies and this was the best. Although there are many expensive ear phones in this company, I bought a very cheap model. As well as the sound is good, the fitness in my ear is so exact that I don’t need to worry about ear pain because I have a pain especially in my left ear. And I think they give us good services through the web app so that I was able to control my ear phone very easy. Maybe I think expensive ones have the best sound. Thank you.

都挺好的，就是这个耳机提示音，每次一充电之后或者开机之后音量又变成最大了，在自习室每次开机调整，这个提示音量都能外放，在公共场合就很尴尬，需要每次连接软件调整，很麻烦很不方便，希望改进！

high가 너무 많고 Low가 적음 모든 eq가 비슷함 또한 중국어 안내음성 삭제 하는 설정도 필요함 듣기싫음

문제는 연결화면 나오고 다른거 넘기려 하면 꺼지는 경우도 있음

The app is pretty good but I can't customize button functionality with this.
