Any time that I enter EECU in Burleson I receive nothing but smiles. Each one of the tellers will always welcome me with a awesome attitude !! The branch in Mansfield, has a office by the name of vita. She goes beyond to offer her help at anything I may need. She is a very intelligent and respectful lady. My hat goes off to her!!!

Can’t see the date the payment is promised to arrive when using larger font in bill pay section

No matter what I do, I can’t link either of my other accounts to transfer an overpayment on my loan. Very frustrating I need to zelle someone to get these funds to myself

Every time I try to login in to your app it gives me an application error message and tells me to try again later. Yet when I try later it still doesn’t open.

This app constantly does not work. It lags. And sometimes doesn’t even load! It takes so long to update bank info. How are people supposed to bank with this app so behind in real time.

At least once a week the app is down. So insanely frustrating

I was trying to transfer funds to my other financial institution in which I do all the time. The site keeps saying transfer function unavailable. I’m trying to transfer money to my other bank to cover items being presented so it’s kind of urgent.
