Sadly no.
I’ve been using the app regularly for almost a year, and here’s what I can say about it: Pros: The interface is clear and user-friendly. Connecting to the vehicle is straightforward and easy. Cons: Due to a malfunction within the app, I wanted to change the associated email address. Support informed me that this is not possible. To change the email address, a new account must be created. Of course, any subscription discounts cannot be transferred to the new account, even if the old one is deleted. Despite having to pay an annual subscription fee, the advertised features do not work as promised. Charging sessions are calculated incorrectly. Incorrect rates are displayed, and even after manually overriding or adjusting them, the error keeps occurring. As a result, it is impossible to get a reliable evaluation of charging costs or the actual kWh consumed. Support was unable to help me with this — even after multiple, repeated, detailed reports, screenshots, explanations, and requests. One ticket was marked as resolved without any resolution being provided. The core features, which are the main reason for using the app, are not working reliably. A feature was introduced allowing users to report incorrect information. However, nothing happens afterward. Instead of offering a real solution, this feature just gives users the false impression that they can do something about the fact that they’re paying for an app that doesn’t function as promised or advertised. Avoid it if you want to keep your sanity. Really unfortunate — this app had potential if only it were managed reliably.
