Met Pascale today. Tired from the flight but she was super patient with everyone as she communicated all the important information we needed. (And the fun information we also needed.). Check in was easy. Absolutely loved the attention we had from the airport to receiving our rooms. Very much appreciated the chance to catch a nap before dinner with the group. Very much appreciated the opportunity for last minute excursion decisions and bookings. Looking forward to a wonderful time with everybody in Greece!

This app is full of valuable information for existing and future tours! It’s so to find all information about your tour, complete needed tasks before tour, add excursions, and I love seeing other travelers on our tour. We travel a lot and this is the best app. EF GO AHEAD TOURS and their app is awesome.

I am hoping you can make the app only accept confirmed travelers for the chat feature. I had 3 pending travelers who have been on my chat and getting hyped for the trip only to find out there is no room on the cruise for them and they can’t go. This would eliminate deep disappointment from folks who get this bad news.

I’m glad I had shoulder surgery and missed the London extension. Everyone said it ducked (spell check error). The hotel was a good half hour from most touristy areas and located in a scary part of London. One person reported people smoking crack pipes outside the hotel. Once we got to Edinburgh, which is a beautiful city, we were hoteled at a holiday In Express (one of a dozen in Edinburgh so I went to the wrong first-!***). Who goes to Europe to stay in a Holliday Inn Express? Worse is they routinely turned off the AC so nobody got a decent nights sleep. By this time I was so tired from traveling the beauty of Edinburgh was much diminished. Glencoe was MUCH better! Nice little inn on the loche! Two nights there got rested and enjoyed the area. Now off to Glasgow. We will see. The hotel we will be at does not have good reviews- many say 2 stars or “would not recommend.” We will see. But on the way we are told there will be a stop at a whiskey distillery at 10:30 am (not great time of day to whiskey), but they won’t give the name of the distillery. So we’ll see. Maybe things will perk up or stay as nice as Glencoe. Kind of doubt it. We’ll see. we just made it to the whiskey distillery- the highlight of the trip. Oh wait. No tour because we were late getting there!! Yes seriously! So we take a bus through Scotland and Ireland and no whiskey? I’m thinking 2 stars was generous. Maybe everything gets better from here. We’ll see. We did get a distillery tour but it added three hours of bus time making it about 11 hours on the bus that day- not fun! Did I mention that we had a four hour delay due to a traffic accident and detour? And were dropped off in Oban at 6:30 pm on Saturday night and told we had an hour to find dinner on our own before the bus would leave again? Talk about a “no we’re all full” experience. Got to the hotel about 9:00. That was the good hotel… OK, things were better at that hotel. Some hotels were better. At most three star. The destinations were nice, but not worth the bus. Sorry to be a downer, but 8 hours on a bus per day is not my thing. Especially when there is no water or any comfort whatsoever provided. In fact, the bus is now causing more pain than my rotator cuff surgery from three weeks ago. I have skipped several national parks because the bus is so awful after ten days. And another thing about the bus is that they have signs saying “Due to Covid you cannot use the bathrooms on the bus.” Believe me when you tell the them they hav

It’s a beautiful world and EF Go Ahead tours makes it easy and fun! My family and I have been on two tours now and the guides are amazing, the accommodations are great and the whole thing is very well planned. All you need is your camera and some good walking shoes! It’s a beautiful world, go see it!😊🌎

So many things wrong, it would take a whole day to mention. Ef tours seriously scraped the bottom of the barrel with the accommodations for our kids. I’ve done at least a dozen trips with Ef and although the hotels were basic at best, I have never encountered a hotel with exposed electric wires wrapped around the shower head, no safety bars on the upper bed bunks, no water knobs on sink and only 1 towel per person for a 2 day stay. I’m not even going to mention what passed for food! Horrible experience in every single aspect! Time to change company.

Love this app and I love the fact that I get a notification that someone knew has joined my trip. However, I have several trips running and it would be great if you could tell me which one they joined? Just wondering if that’s on a list for development. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

This was my first time traveling with EF Go Tours and could not be more pleased about my decision. I was joined by 26 others from all across the States. We immediately bonded over food, drinks and sometimes long van rides. The many featured sites in different cities were all fabulous! Kong, our tour guide, was key to making everything work! His personality, friendship, humor and knowledge made for a totally relaxing as well as adventurous trip. I added most of the extension trips and was never disappointed. We were all prepared for the possibility of rain but got lucky. Also the daily 80+temps and humidity were very easy to handle. The selected hotels and van/air travel were seamless in providing great transitions between sites. After 13 FULL days and a 1,000 photos later, I can say that this was exactly the tour I imagined! Lastly, my only negative was the flight time to get there and back. It’s far,….. but worth it!
