Simple and steady app. Consider adding apple watch support, so we could turn on/off devices from aw.

This app worked really well until November 2023. At that it stopped talking to Alexa. The web site for support is apparently off line and the app is no longer supported. This was a good app with lots of superior functionality. I now have to move nearly 20 smart devices to other inferior apps to regain control through Alexa.

Had these for 3/4 years then suddenly they have stopped working, nothing to do with the WiFi, tried resetting but nothing worked, only usable by turning on and off with the button. Alexa showing unresponsive. Shame

Was a bit worried when it stopped connecting to Alexa, but after email from Amazon added the smart life skill and logged in to efamilycloud account that way. I have now transferred all my Wilko TCB Smart switches to this app as well so I can control them all via one app. November 2023.

As with everyone else, eFamilyCloud stopped working for all my devices. The only solution is to put the device in pairing mode then use Tuya SmartLife to reconnect every item. Tuya SmartLife is on the App Store and works well.

Stopped working with Alexa

I love this App it is perfect for when you just can’t get out of bed 😂x

Having worked well for a lengthy period of time now no longer works with Alexa and nothing will change that. Been trying to relink account for 10 days and just says try again later. It’s all junk now

Don’t bother buying any of these products to work with Alexa. They no longer link to Alexa so now I need to replace 4 builds with ones that will work. Great when they did but useless now.

Stopped working with Alexa about 3 weeks ago , won’t reconnect to Alexa, hundreds of people with the same issue , will there be a fix or update??
