App only works 3 days a month..

On Saturday November 4th, app started having issues. It would load finally and show balances but you couldn’t load the debts. After a minute or two a box popped up saying there was a load error and to call a number. Well waited until today after having issues all weekend. Figured there would be no one to talk to on weekend. We my husband and I called at different times of the day all day today and no one answered the phone! Then it was coming up saying the whole site was having issues. Still can’t see anything and it has been 3 days! The the heck!

App seems to be down at least once a month. Always having constant updates. Very outdated app compared to competitors. Been banking here for years and just always disappointed in the app.

Give us the option to make Venmo transfers instant.

Easy & Great App.

It works great when the app lets you in with out forgetting your info and even if you remember your info it still doesn’t let you in for some reason. Two stars

You have to log in with the same information or have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to use it. You can be on the app using it and you are logged out.

So very easy to maneuver around site.
