My Favorite Fitness App

I found E.F.F.E.C.T. Fitness during the pandemic. They would go live everyday and I’d log on and do the workouts. I lost a significant amount of weight doing their bootcamps and so when outside was back open and they launched the app I had to download it and I love it! There is a class every single day! If you miss it it you can catch the replay at any time of the day or night. Definitely an app that will be on my phone for LIFE!

My name is Erica Starr. I was introduced to Effect by a couple school friends years ago. During Covid, they started going live for free. A homegirl was a current member. She asked us to be her accountability partners. I immediately Loved it!! If it’s not Intense, I don’t want it. Once I heard about the app I was locked in!! I have literally been Effect Virtual for close to 4 years now!!! I know it like second nature now🥰 I do not watch the phone, I zone in and take flight…. I PERFORM!!! I ain’t doing nothing but “gettin finer”, getting stronger and healthier 😉 I also don’t drink water and I’m at home so… Hop In!
