Hi Team Your app stopped working since last 2 months , it’s throwing a connection timed out error message and not letting me even login . Raised multiple complaints but getting no response from the Eureka Forbes backend team . This is frustrating and not sure whom to reach out next regarding this issue as your team is unable to help .

It’s been few months this app is not working at all, the robo cannot be used without the manual operation. No support from the team as well.
Opening the app it starts throwing error that connection timeout, please check network. Even though network is perfect. Can’t use the app at all.
Like many have expressed the LVAC is good for cleaning. Without App we cannot do the cleaning room wise or any other scheduled cleaning. Repenting buying this product
