This cruel company managed to insecure its employees just with a post by changing its employment regime. The company announced an extortionate ultimatum by its employees that deliver food should work as freelancers, allowing company to treat them as temporary workforce slaves with no respect to any employment right. This hideous decision was retracted by the company which revealed its cruelty. This retraction is product of low rating of the service and power derived from unity of the employers. Support efood employers, cancel efood.

This service is just taking advantage of the drivers not offering any security to the riders. Never use this app to order food unless they provide for their riders.

I think this app is amazing. The order is coming perfect and fast. There are almost never problems with the app/food or resturant. 10/10. Sometimes the food is little cold but it is ok. Very good app and i recomend it to everyone i know.

I placed an order 3nd of March. Something went wrong and the order never got sent to the restaurant, money were withdrawn nevertheless. In a call with customer care same day, they said to expect a refund next week. The weeks went by calling them, the months went by and 5 months later and numerous calls, they just said to dispute the charge at my bank. Did I really had to wait 5 months and spend hours on call for that answer? Horrendous customer service!
