The app works ok and gives the majority of data. The issue I have is that the PV input combines all 3 inputs I have on the 18k-PV and doesn’t separate them. The online login works great but a simple update to the app would be way better and much appreciated to keep all the data in one app and not have to multiple eg4 platforms to get the whole data.

The app is getting better at refreshing which is the biggest complaint of most users. In the recent update they removed the pull down on Home Screen to refresh, that’s was a mistake. It’s not easy to press the small icon when on the go. One feature I would love if the developer would add is notifications to the app for letting me know when the power from grid has gone down or some major change in the system. I like that the webpage shows voltage available when the grid is up, I’ve had to rely on that when away from my system to check if their is grid power. I would also like the SOC and voltage to be in a larger font, as I mentioned seeing information on the go is a plus.

Would be great to see the pv input per string like in the web app. Also occasionally still have issues with data not being refreshed and for example seeing the battery charge % from last login a few hours ago.

Need to close app to update data. Refresh button doesn’t work. Shows the important info, but could be a lot more intuitive.

Works pretty good. The time it shows on the screen is not local time even though the inverter itself has the correct local time.

If you leave the app open on your phone for an extended period of time, you need to close it and re open it because it won’t refresh the data. Other than that, it works great!

This app works well but needs one critical feature: for users running multiple inverters in parallel, the app needs a way to show the system total, as one consolidated unit. As of 30 DEC 2023, the user must look at each inverter separately which is silly when looking at a multi-inverter setup.

Requires reopening app to get inverter status updates.
