Tough to use
I was expecting some upgrades for this app but it still the same , every time I use it, I feel sorry that big company like Egypt Air can not make an good app like all other airlines which from my opinion, Egyptair is higher than them.

Worst app ever ever
It like u are using dialup
Worst App ever
The app I had on iOS that made my device non-responsive and overheated. Not sure how it passed quality checks and got published in the first place.
Not working
Every time is giving error when I try to book through the app, I’ve to do the booking through the website

Not User Friendly
Not based on the Client space use. When you click on any option other then Egyptair Plus . It get you completely out of your Space. I usually fly to Saudi Arabia and when I compare Alfursan Application and this application I just understand that even giving two stars for this application is quite much. Also, the option to automatically add the Egyptair Card to Apple Card’s or Samsung’s Cards does not even exist. I hope Egyptair upgrade the Application so we can enjoy it. This critics are stated because I wish the best for Egyptair and I want them to improve and they deserve better. All the best

You need to totally make a new app, and website, Old style … it should be like other airlines like Turkish, Qatar, Emirates
Useless app
This is a useless app, barely updated, please check how Emirates are running their app and what features they offer while Egyptair app is still the same
