eHalal-Halal Japan trip/eSIM

Before flying to Japan on the 12th September, I bought an esim and I never received it. My creditcardwas charged but the apps or my email never received the esim. Even my plan page didn't have my purchase history. I have no clue where to contact the person in charge for refunds

The Apps Is pretty Good whether to buy esims ,scan ingredients or looking for halal restaurants i go to Japan for 2 weeks and i have install 2 apps firstly is Halal Japan and other is Omotenashi Halal this 2 apps help me for looking halal food in convenience stores but Omo is more suitable because its has Scanning for ingredients some foods in Halal Japan doesn't have information about it so i mostly use Omo to look for ingredients and Halal food instead look at Google translate others is esims,i choose the esims with 18 days+unlimited internet and its work pretty good with connections line probably will choose this apps again when i travel to japan,oh and halal restaurants tbh I rarely use it because i pick it most from tiktok but i try to look for any that others don’t have and Omo is pretty good give directions and things abou the restaurant eg:prayer room and muslim friendly tag,Thanks Omo for making my traveling goes as i plan,hope will make things more fun on the apps!

The app is ok to use, but i was reluctant to purchase the premium because of the bad UI. Please improve the UI to attract people like me to use and even consider to pay for premium.
