It’s a good app but when I click in results I cannot read everything. So when looking at results such as follicles I cannot see all of them because they go off the page and I am unable to turn or slide the page. I also cannot clear all updates.

Ok app. I have to use it for my doctor. I can’t clear all my “to do” list. I have “new” meds on there that are 5 years old at this point. And lately haven’t been able to confirm appointments

Going through IVF is already so stressful, using an app that feels like it was made in 1999 makes it worse. You can’t reply directly to your nursing team, notifications don’t go away, and that app itself isn’t intuitive or user friendly at all.

This app is useless. I’ve tried multiple times to log in using the registration ID provided to me, and it never works. I always get an error message. eIVF has some serious work to do with its interface and accessibility, both on the app and website.

The app crashes frequently. It also sometimes can’t display forms or take forever to load.

Navigating this app reminds me of playing on my mom’s computer in 1996.

This app is ugly and looks like someone designed it in PowerPoint. It doesn’t work well either. Documents can’t be printed from the portal. It’s super buggy and the web app isn’t user friendly at all. It’s garbage. I would suggest if your clinic uses this then they don’t have your best interest in mind.

I can’t figure out how to send messages to my doctor and when they send me a message I can’t reply. It is NOT user friendly!!!!

App closes out after I try to open any part of the app. Brand new phone, app has been updated to newest version, still has issues.

Gets the job done but isn’t great. Don’t always get notified if I have a new message or results and can’t always clear notifications even when I’ve read then all.
