This is with reference to glitch this app is having. I get one or the other issue post 3-4 days. I was not getting option to avail Tele consultation 10 days ago, it got resolved within 3-4 days. Then I was not getting option to book corporate sponsored health checkups. Now i am not getting option to book gym membership. Please tell me what to do??
Booking an appointment using the app isn’t a reliable way when it comes to the Ekincare app. For quite a few weeks and months I struggled to book appointments for annual health screening, and when it was possible, the next day it got cancelled automatically with a notification saying that the hospital is under maintenance. Overall, the services provided felt unreliable.
Unable to upload files while submitting claim on iOS app. It wasted lot of time. It does not allow to read files. Keep asking for storage permissions. But, there is no storage permission option under app. Waste of time.
It’s pathetic support response team
This is one of the worst App that’s partnered with fraud company TATA 1 mg pharmaceuticals to deliver medicines. They have cancelled my medicine orders several times without giving any reason. I get a call from the Drs at 12:00 am to verify, very unprofessional. Even to book blood checkup, they are expensive compared to other apps. I DONT RECOMMEND EKINCARE
Need to add functionality like call center to address the issue. I scheduled 9 time appointment then it was confirmed.
After entering company email ID Login not working. No error and no OTP received
App is not well tested, its almost useless.
App is good but their service is just terrible. Doctors will not be available as per the schedule. They themselves change appointment time and charge patients without service. Customer care is another big zero, no response no action just happy to charge customers and charge corporates.
Don’t use this to book appointments as part of corporate benefits. You get reports in ages. Worst service.
