With an annual revenue of ~$15m, this company could at least throw their software developers more money to improve their buggy app.

What can be said that hasn’t already been said? This app is a horror show and the “fixes” only make it worse.

Ekos desperately needs to update their app and fix bugs.

When scanning kegs which is a daily task for us, you now have to click the “asset tag” text box between each keg. This adds so much effort and opportunity for errors. The way it worked in the past was completely fine I don’t understand why they made this update but please revert it

App barely functions. Does not translate to mobile. If you’re going to jack up the cost of the service at least make it worth it.

This seems like they just tried to port the web page into an app. Can’t view the dashboard properly on latest version, can’t do item transforms. I’m able to view inventory and make invoices on the fly, but it can be frustrating trying to do so or view certain things in the app. Please improve this since businesses are already paying to use Ekos. Edit: Since the latest iOS update I can’t even view invoices properly. It’s been almost a year since you updated the app - fix it yo!

Logins aren’t persistent. Viewports don’t scale well. Data entry results in unintended scrolling away from where the data entry is occurring. If I asked my reps to use this in the field I’d lose them all. Needs a total overhaul, and ekos needs to take mobile seriously.

I can not use the app at all anymore. It will not display ANY information after the update. I use this app for work and could really benefit if it functioned.

Crashes when looking at reports, thing won’t load all the time. I am constantly closing and restarting the app, it needs to be updated

We use the app version to generate, sign and print invoices. Unfortunately the print function doesn’t work, so you must email it to yourself and then print it. I called Ekos and they stated they won’t be fixing it as it’s not a priority.
