Don’t waste your time on these electric scooters. If you don’t know where to find one the app can’t locate them I think they are out of business? Use the bicycles instead Customer support also doesn’t answer

extremely easy to use, especially since you only get charged per minute! i wish the speed wasn’t so limited though, especially when you can feel it start to throttle you if you’re going downhill or reach a certain speed.

Did not want to give me the rest of my credit back that needed to be refunded because you need to buy a certain amount of credit in order to ride and if you dont use all of it and you know that you wont use the rides again and its below 8 dollars they will not refund it back to you.

We had these scooters at our holiday resort and went all over the resort, it was amazing.

Simple app, scooters easy to use. I’m a fan.
