Element 26 Workout App

Updated app does not open after logging into account, as it enters a blank white screen with nothing loading. May try again if this gets a fix as I’m looking through different workout tracking apps to use, the previous version was not as user friendly as others I used so I am hoping the update is much improved if I am able to use.

I use to walk into the gym without a plan and as a result my time spent their was inefficient and I would often times fall into the trap of doing what I was comfortable with. Now I’m getting a whole lot more done in the same amount of time and showing better results! 💪 App is very user friendly and coming out with new features all the time.

I’ve been in the fitness space for over 15 years and one thing I’ve learned for certain is you need to consistently track your training numbers in order to see progress. This app not only allows you to track your programming over time, but it also allows you to create your own programs, workouts, exercises, etc. it’s super easy to use and the developers seem to update it frequently.

I hated going to the gym without a plan. I’d either do the same thing or waste time thinking of what i should do. This makes it so easy. And it’s very well thought out.

Love the easy and effective workouts they have!! Has a program for every muscle and it’s perfect to keep track of my daily progress!
