Elements App

I have been using Elements with clients for over a year and a half now. My clients are significantly more engaged compared to when I was using traditional financial planning software (clients don’t really care about our Monte Carlo simulations). If you’re looking to level up your client experience, you NEED to check out Elements.

I found the product to be underwhelming to use with clients. There were multiple technical issues that were explained away as being a start up and would be fixed. And over the course of a year some were but others weren’t. The exit process is like canceling internet. You can’t just cancel you need to talk to someone that is going to try to retain you.

Unfortunately this software is not well developed. When I asked to end my contract early because I didn’t feel that that contract was being upheld for what I was promised by the salesman I was told that would not be possible and have not heard back from the company.
