I can understand that the free download may crash due to traffic, but surely paid downloads should be prioritised? Are you fixing this? Nobody will care about creating these video in 2 weeks, we want our Elf videos now please!!

After I've created all the elfs, when downloading the video, a window popped out indicated downloading failed. Pls try again later. I tried close the app and reopen again, I even delete and reinstall the app and try again but results still the same. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it asap. Thanks!

Disappointed by this app that I had paid $5.99 for . After downloaded the fully paid latest version, it seem there is a software bug. I used the "Classic" dance theme, the app actually pasted a mouth over the person's nose in the photo while doing the dance. Did the programmer test the apps on an iphone 6s ?

After the new update today.... I have to re-download all the dance yet I have not been successful. Keep saying download failed though im using wifi. Help.... Christmas is Around the corner.
