Yeah cool, apparently i have $32 worth of cashback i can use in the app except the app only stays open for less than a second. Looks like its great being a VIP…

Full access to the app requires subscription. We offer 3 auto-renewing subscription options:
Monthly: $3.90
Quarterly: $10.49
Yearly: $39.90
Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Quarterly subscriptions are billed every 3 months. Monthly subscription users are billed per month. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

App is junk and needs serious work
Never new they had an app till they sent me a text. Thought great this will be easy. Who am I kidding. Doesn’t register apple sign in account on an iPhone. Says I’m not registered. So I register and say my account already exist. So cant register an account but I already have an account ok! My website account doesn’t work with the app. Great start. What an absolute mess. Didn’t even proper test the app before release.
Keeps Crashing on Launch
I use my Apple ID to login with the app and it keeps crashing upon launch. Makes it very hard to accrue points in store

This app doesn’t even open in my phone and the bug has not been fixed for almost 6 months now. Unable to claim my cash backs.
fix this damn app
tried to use my points in store and barcode wouldn’t show up, after many failed attempts, my cash back points went to being zero at least have a dedicated tab where the barcode shows Or is this company ripping off people with their false advertisement

The app is still crushing after update
App just crashes
The latest update did nothing, and the app still just crashes every time I open it. It’s been like this for months, and there is no other option to redeem the rewards I have accrued in my account. Really frustrating, and in store staff can’t suggest any work arounds or options to fix it.

All in one
I wasn’t looking for a new app and actually only found it through receiving one of their emails. I was surprised how user friendly it is and comprehensive! Being able to access instant workouts and meal plans whilst travelling has been the support I didn’t know I needed. Would highly recommend 🙏🏽
Dooon't! Do it
Not a great app very buggy not enough r&d went into this app. Even if you go to their website very buggy and not well put together .
