You can’t really do anything with the app except take pictures of your food. I somehow paid $11.99 for a year but can’t see how to get my money back. The options were $8.99 for a year or 99 cents for a month. Also, the link for developer or app support does not work at all non-existent
Everytime I load a picture it resets and asks me to pay even though I already did. Logged in my email for points and it never finished loading so my points aren’t recorded. 90% it glitches when I try to open the app and it closes. Tried deleting the app and reloading it. Now it’s even worse. It’s too bad because the concept is great. Just too many bugs.
I really tried to play around with the app. It’s a good idea, but I had a number of issues with it after paying the $8.99/y. First, it asked me to pay twice(?). Secondly, upon registering my email for points, my email never loaded into the system. Additionally, I tried the ‘adding a friend’ function and accidentally pressed okay before I could register the email and it just added a blank bubble that I couldn’t get rid of! Felt bad trying to recommend this app to a friend at all. It’s showing that it’s been out for 7-months, or so , but considering they have a $60 coaching, this app is too underdeveloped. The didn’t even have a way to check/manage your subscription in the app. I’m hoping Apple can get me a refund.
