Cannot permanently delete account
I’ve been having serious issue with deleting my account for 3 consecutive days. I have forgotten my password and every time I request a link to change my password, I do not receive an email with a link. This despite having verified my email address and checking my spam/ junk folder . Please fix this issue as I want to delete my account.

Only a few suggestions every day and not even my requested types. Most disappointing dating app.

Terrible App. Waste of time and money. Malfunctioning and not accessible. Yet this is a paid App and no value for money is received.
Membership Scam
This app appears to be well thought out, but is an absolute waste of time. You HAVE to purchase a membership to send a message and all pictures are blurred. There is no active users because of the inability to send messages without membership subscription which is expensive (R500/$25 per month), I never write reviews but made an exception to save other users some money.
A waste of time and money
Most users have no pictures. People are not engaging 🚮

App is mostly full of bots and fake profiles. Waste of money.
Crashes constantly and plagued by scammers
It's hard to think of a day recently in which this app did not suddenly come to a screen that said "Whoops! That shouldn't have happened," requiring me to restart it. So rife with scammers that I often get 5-7 matches a day show up with alphabetically named profiles all with the same essay answers. There are certainly some decent and real people as well but the scammers outnumber them by a huge margin.
Not worth it
My best friend recommended the app to me as she found someone on here and I figured, why not?! I’ve tried other apps, let’s see if this one is serious. I live in a big city, population 3 million plus. I figured paying more for an app might make a difference of the quality of people on a dating app. That’s not the case, when they say elite, they mean it, be prepared to be single because no one is on here. I adjusted the distance multiple times to include just my city and it never worked. It wants you to look 500 plus miles away for someone. That is not something I was willing to do and the app still shows every match within that distance. I canceled my membership online and set a reminder to confirm it was canceled after the six month period. A few days before renewal, I logged on and all signs showed my account wouldn’t renew. Then earlier this month, the charge cleared my account. I was late in reaching out to them to ask for a refund (100% my fault, but you would think for a “elite” dating app, you would get more then 3 days), they declined my request due to their policy. I was 20ish days late on the request after I realized it went through. It was the holidays, what do you expect. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this app. The higher price doesn’t mean anything, save yourself from setting up another profile.
