Crashes most of the time
Developers need to fix the constant crashing. Have yet to read through 1 article without experience a couple of app crashes (This happens on both my iPhone & IPad Pro).
Slow and expensive- online should be cheaper
Online should be much cheaper;
Great but shame about the gaps
A really good app but a shame the developers haven’t done anything about the gaps in the middle of double page images.
Avoid this excuse for an app.
This app is clearly appalling. Lost my purchased copies when the app ‘upgraded’. They won’t restore.
Annoying
I have to log out and log in for every issue. Favourites won't appear on phone app if saved from iPad app.
Doesn't work!
Won't download even with storage, wifi and battery! I have been charged too.
Annoying app upgrade
Dissapointing realization that all of my saved issues which are more than 12 month old are no longer available due to app upgrade!!! How did you think that people would not need their already paid magazines???!!! Compensation is a minimum

Please review your app. The content is now back to front. Appalling. Where are your testers?
Buy the hard copy!
Had missing images and despite following the instructions on the app to resolve issue and emailing Hearst customer service the problem still persist. Customer service basically repeats the same answer as written on the app troubleshoot page without understanding the problem. Save your money and buy the hard copy. At least you might get a refund from your newsagent or supermarket if you bought a bad copy!
