I think this is a great app. I love Elle UK magazine version but having it on my iPad means I can keep them all. The interactive features are great and easy to follow. Only issue is you can't download it as soon as its available in the shop, it's April 10th and I would of bought & read the magazine version by now normally only I've an iPad subscription.
Simply not 'free' as stated . This just stretches patience and has a negative impact on this title if such lack of ethics is the business strategy .

There is nothing free about this app as it simply has one page that offers you different types of subscriptions to purchase. Personally I'd prefer to pop down the shop and buy the magazine itself!
Content is great but app is poor, halfway through reading mag “ grey boxes” appear over text rendering pages unreadable, sometimes it fixes if reinstalled but it’s an ultimately frustrating experience and I ended up deleting despite having paid for a year’s subscription. This doesn’t happen with other magazine’s apps.
Rubbish app. As glitchy as possible. Contacted customer service by ‘phone & email. Just don’t want to know. Unable to log into app from the start. Love the magazine. Wish I’d never signed up for a subscription.
Paid the e magZINE KEEPS FREEZINGthrough their website and got a customer number. But app keeps saying customer number not then found and customer service is slow at resolving. Still has no access. Will be cancelling.
Content looks good however can’t read it as app freezes repeatedly very difficult to use.
The app constantly freezes when reading through the magazine.
I got this subscription free with my bank account - wish I'd gone for something else! Had it for 6 months and never managed to read a full copy as subscription is always forgotten when you close the app, customer service is really unhelpful! I'm also a subscriber to Women's Health and have never had any problems with my subscription there - sort it out Elle!
