I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,700 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 214,575 USD within a couple of weeks. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I continue to get an error message when trying to sync app and wallet. Don’t buy it.

I have been trying to update the firmware in this wallet for almost 3 days. Moreover, I’m having all sorts of issues getting my coins, due to multiple error messages. Such as invalid wallet address, battery of wallet keeps blinking out, to poor customer service. Please release my investment. Otherwise, I’ll report you to Apple and have you shut down .100

Ok for the past few days I am having (and many other on twitter) “network connection errors” with this app. Your company hasn’t posted anything about this anywhere. Please advise because many of us have our coins there and can’t access now. What gives?!

Its air gapped and safe, but the app runs slow, it still hasnt updated the prices shown after todays big move in the market

My cold storage assets all disappeared and it won’t connect now keeps saying network error I’m highly upset I’m trying to move my assets

I decided this product wasn’t for me so requested a refund per their policy but they did not send back refund. I watched some videos after I purchased and came across ones that I didn’t see prior…not good. In this space it’s just as important who you buy from as what you are buying.

Been over 3 days and ellipal says sorry, for inconvenience. The swap feature they have literally took my hbar and returned absolutely NOTHING for the swap. BEWARE! Stay away. I have numerous times to replace my hbar, I’m taking to a tree, nothing!
