Terrible app. Can’t login to my account on this app and only can use it on browser. How is it possible that developers don’t care? It’s like Elsevier wants to purposely insult its customers!!!

What a scam by Elsevier. Dinosaur fossil company still running on its legacy business connections. The (dis)functionality of this app is a metal for Elsevier’s future (or lack thereof)

Can’t sign into any of the apps. Pure trash.

You haven’t fixed this simple login failure yet? Cannot log into Ap. Have to use website to access book. Pretty embarrassing for a major publisher.

Frustrating to the max.

Apps and electronically learning are being used more prominently and it seems like you guys are falling behind. To offer online books with a textbook, then give people an app that won’t even let you log in. I’m sure you guys knew about this when you released this app. Fixing this can benefit your customers and make your product better to use, meaning more customers and more referrals from them. It’s 2022 and the same complaint has been made for 6 YEARS!!!!! do better

Downloaded this app to be able to have access on my phone and have it read the books to me while driving and it continues to tell me my login credentials are wrong but I use those same credentials to login on the website.

I just logged in on the web with the correct log in and then came to the app and it keeps telling me my credentials are invalid. There must be a bug in the app.

Paid a bunch of money for these books and can’t even login from my phone to use my study tools conveniently!!! I have to login through the web because none of my login credentials will work on this stupid app!!!! Please fix ASAP!!!!!!
