I just wrote a very nice email to my youngest son. When I went to put in his name to complete the email, it disappeared. It’s beautiful when it works, but it doesn’t work at all.

Would some one explain how to select text to edit. I hit after much hunt and peck. It’s very frustrating. To the point of deleting the paid app and going elsewhere. I’m wasting wsy too much time.

You get the entire email finished and hit to mail app... Then it’s just gone ...Major frustration.😩🤬

Why am I banging my head against a stone wall over and over??? How many times have I taken the time to write out a long letter, only to have it disappear when I try to mail it from this site. Poof, and it's gone out into space somewhere, unable to be retrieved. I PAID for this site because the stationery was so pretty....the reliability IS NOT!!!!! Don't waste your energy on writing a letter...only send notes that you can redo when it disappears

I stated I my earlier review how I lost an important email and how hard this app is to use; fast forward to today. I thought I haven't used it since then so I'll give it another try but I was careful not to compose any important emails and what happened? It vanished as I was about to enter the recipients address!! I was so angry this app still even exists to rip off people, mine is a paid version; I tried to find support to write to and there is absolutely no support at all. I can understand why, they know why too, they'd be getting flooded with angry emails daily!!

When I sign in now, I get blank screen with the loading symbol spinning. Rebooting does nothing, always the loading page. I deleted and downloaded anew, same thing. Money out the window.

Read the review above and double it! No support, nothing. Don't even spend a buck 99. Art is beautiful but doesn't work!

It's a nice idea, but I have some ideas. It's designed mostly for children and women. It's hard to find background with a more masculine feel and impossible to find a background with a more straight forward business feel. It would be nice if the pro version gave you additional backgrounds. It does not. In fact the pro version locked up on me. If you reload it you lose your favorites.

There are a lot of backgrounds to use in email. 👍
