I love this app on my phone for traveling

Pomalu se odesilaji emaily, kdyz prijde upozorneni na novy, trva nez se skutecne ukaze v aplikaci.... Cele je to na dlouho, melo by se na tom zapracovat

So I thought I had finally found a decent email alternative with this app. I WAS highly satisfied with the service, up until today. I really only used it as a backup/personal email account. I mostly sent email TO this address - I don’t think i actually composed & sent more than 3 or 4 emails from this account. And they were all to family. Anyways, I have no idea why, but for some reason today when I went to open the app, I got an immediate notice saying that my login had expired and that I needed to login again. Which I then proceeded to try and do - only to be presented with the message that my account had been blocked. It gave no reason as to why - and told me to confront the online Help section (which is unfortunately all in Czech). Using Google Translate I managed to get through enough of it to understand that I needed to contact “Technical Support” in order to possibly get my account restored. Unfortunately, when I arrived on the Technical Support Contact page - I was unfortunately presented with a message that technical support is not currently available. There was a number to call, but it is unfortunately an international number that I am unable to call. Plus I don’t speak any Czech. So, unfortunately, it appears as though my account is now lost, though through no fault of my own. I guess this can be used as a lesson and a word of warning for everyone else out there looking for free email alternatives like me. Before you sign up for a new email account with a foreign-based email service - make sure they actually have a functional tech support service first - preferably one that can communicate in a language you speak.

When I did update everything stopped working!!! Hate it... wanna back old app

I use this app every day to check my email on the go. However, since the last update was done more than 2 years ago, the app is working very poorly at the moment and has many glitches. It definitely requires attention.

In iOS application there is no spell check feature, please add. English support would also be nice please. Once the spell check is added I will update my review to 4/5 stars. Add English support and it would for sure be a 5 star application.

Načítání zpráv se v poslední době tak zpomalilo, že jsem byl nucen přejít na mailového klienta od Apple. Mám iPhone 12 mini.

Aplikace nacita zpravy opozdene,dale obcas chybi cast textu v odeslane poste. iOS 15. Prosim,opravte to. Dekuji.

Aplikace neodesílá už delší dobu emaily. Po napsání emailu se zobrazí hláška o odeslání, ale email se mnohokrát ve skutečnosti odešle až při dalším otevření aplikace. To stejné příchozí emaily. Přijde oznámení o novém emailu, ale po otevření email nikde. Musím aplikaci několikrát otevřít a zavřít. Tyto problémy mi už mnohokrát zkomplikovaly život. Za mě velmi kritické problémy.

Na iPhonu to funguje strašně, přijde notifikace na nový e-mail ale když vlezu do aplikace tak tam ten email není a musím aktualizovat stránku. Doručené zprávy vidím jen pár a víc ne. Na androidu to aspoň fungovalo normálně.
