App is always going down and you get no technical support or feedback to why?

I have download the app as my friend is in jail and I got a letter. Topped my account up and sent him a letter. Every time I check the app it comes up with “ error communication with server”. When going on to the support section, they provide you with an email which is invalid and you receive a bounce back. Need to get my Monday back

App will not work can’t load yet email and password work perfectly well from Internet rang and was told sorry we can’t help you with the App we don’t have any App developers !!!!

I’m absolutely confused, why is this app not working? I apply for calls and put £10 balance, money was gone , but I still could not make a call or even send a message, that looks like scam , just put money in and nothing working,

So for a month and a half virtual visitations was working now over this last week it’s suddenly stopped working it last worked Saturday the 5th of October but since then i have not been able to be connected for 3 sessions today being the most important one bringing me and my partners to tears as she is seeing other people connected to there loved one but can’t even get to see her even her sister couldn’t get through on there end its saying im joining but nothing is happening and because of this my other half is thinking of stop doing virtuals we are a long distance away from each other and this is a joke how we cant see her it is discussing

Hi, just wondering why it takes so long for my emails to get to my recipient. I have two waiting to be sent … or be replied to. I believed that, this service was designed to help the prisoner feel less isolated. And feel like they can communicate with people on the outside with ease. Stopping them from mental illness issues and from self harm thoughts. Please can you explain, why it can take upto 6 days for an email to be responded to. Thankyou

I just don’t get it. Recently I had received a letter from a friend in prison with a flyer in saying to download this for quicker mails to and from the prison. I signed up got verified etc and put a fiver on. I’ve sent 3 emails and I know my friend has received at least one of them however I have also paid for 3 reply slips but no replies??!! Can you tell me why this is happening and what I’m actually spending my money on that I’ve used on this app? It’s 25p for a reply sheet also. It says the establishment is listed for replies so what’s going on?? Cheers

The app is really crappy I don’t get notifications to say I’ve had an email and when they updated it the app crashed and now messages won’t show up at all I have to use safari and log in that way. Very confusing if you send multiple emails to the same person and the replies are out of sync. Staff at unilink are also quite slow when it comes to fixing things.

I open the app put my details in click sign in and nothing happens uninstalled app etc still can’t sign in so have to use the desktop version! Having a app would make it so much easier shame I can’t get past the sign in page as the app does nothing when I click sign in.

My goodness how many times does one have to put in their password. I think you need a programmer. Very frustrating indeed.
