Embr Wave 2

I set it how Cold (8) I want it. It never saves. I have super Hot Hot Flashes, It doesn’t work that good for me. I’m giving it more time in hopes. It is a good idea and I’m sure that it helps a lot of people that have normal hot flashes. I think I need one of those $300 neck air conditioners from Best Buy of course with this. I am absolutely amazed by how well this little bracelet is helping me get thru the night. I’ve been having night sweats for the last 3 years almost, and nothing would help. But I got the Embr Wave 2 the day after Christmas, and I’ve been using it nightly to see if it would help, and it did. I have had a good night sleep every night since. I haven’t woken up with my neck drenched like usual. I’m pleased, to say the least. I find that it works well in other situations too. But it seems like if I turn it on and focus on it, then all I feel is the temperature difference on my wrist. But if I turn it on and go about my business and don’t focus on it, then it actually helps as it should. It seems like you just got to turn it on and not pay direct attention to it. And to me that works fine because I’m always on the go anyway and dont have time to sit and focus on it. I don’t know if that’s how it’s supposed to work, but that’s how I do it and it helps me. I’m really glad I went ahead with the purchase.

Best investment I have ever made..from hot flashes .. to. Old speeds it has helped not only my rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia but all having been in the middle of menopause no more god awful night sweats! Couldn’t ethos any higher ❤️

Wish I got this sooner

I’m almost 39 and always on the move, so add premenopausal to that, and I’m ALWAYS hot. I was extremely skeptical about it, especially for the price of it, so after seeing several videos on Facebook and TikTok, I started with a subscription for a refurbished device to see if it was worth the money. It has by far surpassed my expectations! It’s easy enough to use without the app, but with the app I can set it for an 8 hour session to use at work so I don’t even have to worry with resetting the buttons everytime I get hot. I’ve read how it works, but it works so well that it’s still like magic!

The device worked ok for me helping me to cool down with the heat. The customer service rep was not helpful at all and uninterested in doing anything to improve experience

Was super nauseous due to high turbulence on a 13 hr plane ride to Korea, my Wave made me feel way better :)

I love this little gadget. I’ve had it for one night and it is amazing. I originally wanted it for relief from nighttime menopause symptoms. But it does one better!!!! Last night I had it on cool and set it to run all night. I was diagnosed with TMJ recently and have been having constant pain in my jaw and neck for about six months. This morning after using my Wave, I woke up with no jaw or neck pain. I don’t know what the connection is, but THANK YOU Embr Labs for creating this!! It is a welcome relief my the constant pain while I receive my treatments for the TMJ. I want to have this think surgically attached because I never ever want to go without it!!! **EDITED** I think that it would be great to be able to have this app on my Apple Watch as I don’t always have my phone with me. Also, it would be great if I could write little notes about my day and what I was experiencing through the day and what I used the sessions for- ie-insomnia, hot flashes, stress relief (TMJ issues)

This app is not very good I have had to delete and reinstall at lest 5 times and I have have my embr wave 2 a week yet.
